During Ramadan one of the hardest things is feeling dehydrated during the day. This has really stepped up our fasting! We no longer feel dried out by 2pm. We still feel hydrated throughout the entire day of fasting!
I have used this every morning since June and dont know how i would manage without it. It really helps with my fatigue/brain fog I get with perimenopause and having chronic pain. Conditions. Also tastes really nice and dissolves brilliantly so no powdery taste.
I have tried quite a few hydration drinks but strike definitely came out at the top. I love the lemon & lime flavour and berry fusion both are so refreshing and easy to drink, no after taste just full of flavour. I would highly recommend this product
I am not a fan of plain water or sweetened drinks but I love the taste of Strike! I fill my 1 litre bottle and have it beside me as I sketch and paint. I found Strike recently after I was advised to increase my sodium intake. I feel so much better for it. I just have to hide them from my teenagers as they love Strike too!

Ive been using 'Strike' for nearly 30days and it's amazing. I have more energy. I will definitely be recommending it to friends and family. Such lovely flavour and I can't wait to try the other flavours.
I’ve used a couple of other brands and didn’t think much to them, so I decided to give Strike a go as a last resort (sceptical as to whether I was wasting money). However, I am pleasantly surprised and look forward to drinking it first thing in the morning. It has definitely made a difference to my energy levels and rehydration and the taste is lovely without being overly salty.
I used to have a different make, one that had a tablet that dissolved. It was ok, but the flavour was very weak, and would only flavour around 250 ml. I find Strike flavours 1 & 1/2 litres easily, so keeping up my water intake is much more tasty and delicious. I've only tried Berry so far, and love it!
I purchased the Berry Fusion just over 2 weeks ago and can honestly say I feel so much better . I have more energy in the afternoon and my mind seems more focused. Another big plus is that I’m actually not peeing so much ( massive bonus ) My sleep is better too , so winning all round .

This company randomly popped up on my algorithm, so after reading people's reviews and checking out the clean ingredients, I decided to purchase a tub of strike lemon and lime electrolytes/lovely taste. Wowzas totally different to the garbage iv purchased from the local shops. Abit more expensive but I can tell you now, if its an energy boost your looking for this is the shizzz. ✨️ Pure MAGIC 🥳 will definitely be ordering again I also read online that electrolytes can help with inflammation in the muscle tissue, back and intervertebral discs... For myself i did have to add abit more water than suggested the next time round, as I ended up with stomach ache after the first try which can be when overloaded with to much electrolytes. Iv been great ever since. 🙏 P.s you will not be disappointed with this product

As a busy mum, working and doing the school runs I survived on tea and coffee and if I got the chance to drink it wasn’t water. I tried Strike as I knew I needed to up my water intake but it was so boring I never succeeded. This actually tastes AMAZING! To the point I actually enjoy drinking water now and it’s a bit of a pink treat (berry flavour) when I’m sat at my desk working. I’m positive it gives me more energy and just wish I could get it on tap 😂
I was skeptical if drinking electrolytes was going to make a difference to me. However, I can honestly say since trying Strike it gives me a boost of energy and helps me feel more hydrated to the point I am having less headaches/migraines than I normally do. Definitely recommend and worth a try!

What a great product! I’ve been contemplating buying an electrolyte powder for a while but didn’t know what company too chose as the market is flooded with them. Great product! I bought these in berry flavour to help keep my hydration up after breast cancer surgery not knowing that I would then need chemo 6wks later. Strike has been a godsend for me through chemo! I take it every day and feel noticeably different and better after drinking. My first chemo I was very poorly after and couldn’t really eat and drink for 3-4 days and Strike really helped me through those days. I’ll be getting other flavours. Life changing! Thanks.

I’ve been taking this for about 3 months and it is now part of my daily routine,I have never had so much energy since I’ve been taking this,it’s amazing! I don’t feel sluggish in the afternoon like I used to,so no need for any sugar/pick me ups and I sleep really well. Would definitely recommend,no nastiness inside and no sugar.
I’ve really enjoyed my Strike electrolytes. It has a lot of flavour and I love how clean the ingredients are. The berry one is very sweet (which I do like but maybe not all the time) so I’ll try all the flavours to see which I like best.
